I will fucking get away with it or i will start bomb making as a profession, the tossers refunded some prick his money back even though i have proof the item was delivered to the adress on his account :@ but as they already put the money in my account before they reversed it, i will use that in my defence to ay its paypals problem because they should have sorted it sooner. only current problem is my paypal account is -£360+ so i cannot use it or ebay And i need some dial rings
Rant over by the way

Try and get another account somehow I guess, just keep all your documents together or whatever, maybe raise a complaint with PayPal so it looks like you are being pro-active. It will look alot better then not responding to emails or whatever?

BTW you arent the only one, since I've been on the Internet I've heard loads of negitive stuff about paypal, sure the system works 90% of the time but its a system/machine at the end of the day doing most of the work, getting hold of a human behind the website that can help is v v hard

I have been mate, before they sent the money back they asked me about the tracking details etc and what emails i had and they refunded the prick regardless, so i emailed them and said how do you expect me to pay this money back when i don't have that sort of money and i don't have the item to sell. Knobs IMO There was an article in which? magazine about it too.
I'm currently drafting a letter to financial ombudsman to see what they say. Probably a waste of time which i don't have

ombudsman is a good channel to try, we used a telecoms ombudsman when we had a £1000+ bill with Demon Internet for Internet access we never used, ended in our favour and we paid hardly anything.
