to be fair if shes single parent and that then technically half of her outgoings you should pay if your wages are similar. It wont do you no harm, youll understand how to manage your money better and it will help you more when you move out

Pay for own food. Not bad i guess, as I work full time, when at Uni was about £50 a month (when I remembered).

IMO, £60 is rather a lot, as for not much more than that, I think I could move out and rent a room somewhere.
It's probably been mentioned before (but couldn't be bothered to read the whole thing) but I think you'd be extremely LUCKY to find a room to rent AND have bills etc included for £60 per week
When I used to live at home after I'd graduated uni I paid my mum £60 a week bills inc so sounds fair to be honest with you.

The fact she's single and has done everything for you until your 18+ give her a break imo. I used to pay my mum £160 a month as did my brother until we moved out and she moved to a smaller place on her own.

I went from £160 (more than most of my mates pay now still) to £700 ish in one go but then a mate moved in and I pay about £375 now....

I'll be paying £100 a month as of May.
You're right you could get a room for that much but in all honesty would you really want to?
Let's move out together James.
