thats good, an hour is the max you should spend in the gym. Anymore and its a waste and theres no point. Best time is 45min-60min in the gym. Some people go to the gym and spend 2 hours there, spending 1hr 30 talking or moping about. I go in my lunch breaks at work, i have about 50min in the gym and its perfect, as i do a 4 day split i have plenty of time.

get motivated! Do you listen to an ipod/mp3 player in the gym? I recently put my ipod in the wash and it broke so went 2 weeks without it, didn't do asmuch in the gym as i couldn't motivate myself as much as i can with my music playing. My ipod has just gym motivating/high bpm music to get me going.
Also i spend all morning pysching myself up for the gym so as soon as i get there i go at it like a bull in a china shop, don't stop and relax as much just do your minutes rest between sets and thats it, when you start slowing down you'll find the motivation drops. Increase your weights too, put your body through a big workout for a couple of weeks, you might of reached a plateau and not gaining anything now, so you need to shock your body again

i always try to push myself in terms of weights, probably not as much with cardio. Always listenign to the gym's music when I'm there so that istn too much a problem but I know what you mean..

He used to get definition like that from injecting pure chocolate eclairs into his muscles, but this way is better IMO.

my fine figure, not the best as not tensing any muscle. Only use rowers and leg press in the gym when i go like once every 2 months (when hockey pitches are frozen) its all from sport.
vital stats are 6 foot tall, 36inch waist (i have large bum) 89kg, erm dont know any other measurements.
