As for bodybuilders showing of their manliness are they suppossed to cover up or something? spend endless hours in the gym and be disciplined ot eat a strict diet and then go out wearing baggy clothes to cover up?
If a skinny bloke wears a vest in the summer and walks down the road nobody bats an eyelid.
if a guy that trains and has a good physique walks down the road in a vest then people have to comment and or take the piss.

im hitting on 92kg or something like that. Plenty of protein based foods and regular weight training has really helped me physically

Did not mean to imply that you personally were jealous, Just that I think a lot of lads do get like that. If you see a girl with big tits and small waist wearing a tiny top then everyone loves it with the exception that a few females might turn around and call her a slag etc, again down to jealousy. Its a similar situation with guys with good physiques.

on another note, i went to uni with a lad who was addicted to exercise. he would skip lectures to go the gym, trained shit loads, however he always wore baggy clothes, long sleeved jumpers that kind of stuff, and if we did practical lessons like the blep test etc he wouldn't do them, i once talked him into doing one one day, the sit up bleep test and he blitzed through all the tape, he never did them because he didn't like the attention it brought. i went training with him once, about a year in, it wasn't till then i noticed he was built up like men's health model. Probably had issues about it which is a shame if you have worked that hard.

I agree with you bigman. I just dont like the blokes that obviously work hard down the gym, and at weekends go out to a nightclub in a vest, or take their shirt off. Its so blatantly attention seeking.

I remember walking to the local shops last year in a vest in the morning past these 2 MILFs and one said to the other as I walked past ' thats a pleasant sight at this time of the morning' put a smile on my face

I see where you are coming from, i would not dream of wearing a vest in a nightclub, in winter usually wear a suit top with jeans, or a jumper with attached shirt collar, this is usually fairly 'fitting' but if you are a big guy most things are unless you get XXL then it just hangs off you and looks silly.

I'm about 6'2", and prob about 86kg
takes lots of discipline to keep drinking pints of tenents and tequila chasers.
Just remember i poured a sambucca on someones heed on friday night

I just read this thread whilst at work, got to Seth's modelling picture, and a client came up behind me  they saw the pic, then when i tried to explain they looked blank haha was like a ricky gervais sketch.
I'm 5ft 11 and 85kg, need to lose a bit more body fat % but thats mainly around the stomach area. I've slacked the last few weeks on my diet due to money issues so had to eat with my housemates to save a bit, starting back on the diet again next monday.
Really good physique SetH too, i'm yet to see Craig W pics before though, want to see them as people keep mentioning it  if i'm feeling frisky later i'll take some pics of me when i get home!
