well if the numbers that won belonged to someone who didnt pay then surely that persons numbers would never have been played...there for there would BE NO WINNINGS, not really hard to understand that is it?

no just because theyve chosen some numbers doesnt mean they are entitled to the winnings if they havent paid, you pay for your chance, they havent paid therefore they should have no chance

I think they should get paid whether or not they have missed a few weeks, The person who collects the money is slightly at fault as they should have been chased up for it.

is with mine.

theres six people in it meaning 6 seperate lines, if someone doesnt pay 2 weeks in a row then there numbers do not get played which sadly reduces our chances of winning!! it wouldnt be fair to ask the rest of us to cover there costs

thing is it doesnt quite work like that with a GROUP syndicate there is no one person thats why so many people have been taken to court over this sort of thing, the lottery site gives out a syndicate plan and all members are meant to read all terms and sign it
