morning y'all

had a new one from AOL yesterday, ordered 8MB broadband over a month ago and still wasn't recieving that speed so my dad rung them up yesterday. and ended up changing the password and keys on the router so the other 3 computers in the house couldn't get on the internet. how was changing those going to bring the speed up?

its also BTs fault we aren't getting the speed btw
