For an everyday car you would be better off with the Ibiza or something similar, corsa LETs are good fun and stupidly quick but the reliability is a bit of an issue, especially for everyday driving, they aren't shy on fuel either but if you want a smile on your face most of the time you are driving, get one.

I suppose it depends how far you drive a day etc and how bothered you are about MPG, if you get a LET thats had a conversion done properly then you shouldn't come across too many problems, but the engines are 11+ years old so you are going to get problems

Never thought about something like that!

But it is spaceship mileage, and although i'm sure mechanically it'll be fine, that sort of mileage is gonna show on the interior.
