Fair enough about the car used, but it would be so Though he left in a 4WD though.....would have chosen something else to be honest
But he does state he CAN get back though:
quote:
Are you able to return to your home?
Yes.
But i agree with what you're saying about him talking about nuclear war, it brings instant fear to people and because of that it causes interest.
Still though, it's possible there could be a fraction of truth, even though everything he has predicted so far hasn't really happened, and like you say, if it is, we're fucked!
Apparently, we should avoid the areas in america were bush got the most votes as i assume there the places that the nukes are more than likely to land....oh and the european union gets wiped out
A snipet from him -
quote:
Are there any physical effects from the machine?
The only real physical trace is a large chunk of ground missing from the point of origin and a large pile of dirt at the destination. The gravity field surrounds a small portion of the earth under you and takes it along for the ride. There is really no way around this.
So if you see a hole in the ground or a mound of dirt.....

Dom, yes he can get home, but i'm sure (i can't back this up without looking for it) that he isn't able to return to his original worldline, due to the inaccuracies of the system etc. i may be mistaken on that one though.
also remind yourself that he hasn't come on his own, so the picture of somebody being in the passenger seat is still valid, whether its him and somebody else has taken the picture or hes taken the picture of somebody else.

Are you joking? I have always known for years that 26th March 2005 was going to be the day of judgement for the human race, but I may have got the dates wrong, all I know is that on the 75th Aniversary of the end of the battle for Iwo Jima something will happen which will make it 2020, maybe I have got the dates mixed up, damm it I need a vision.

the VGL (gravity unit) becomes inaccurate after 60years, and his "miltary commanders" apparently only see him gone for a few seconds. So im guessing within 60 years either side of his time (2036) the machine is pretty accurate and he can jump between worldlines, but after that he has less control.
However, he does say that where he is from, it's a different worldline to us which differs slightly to ours - different teams winning sports events, news happening at different times etc (he states that currently its about 1 - 2% difference, but the longer he stays he the larger that will be).
As for the photo, found this:
quote:
This is a picture taken in the fall of 2035 during my training. It shows my instructor beaming a handheld laser outside the vehicle during operation. The beam is being bent by the gravitational field produced outside the vehicle by the distortion unit. The beam is visible through smoke that is coming from his cigar.

That could well be due to the fact it's not from the future.

Why would Russia attack America anyway?
It's the American CIVIL war, I don't see why Russia would get involved
Rachel -
Q. You have said you will not participate in helping anyone avoid 'death by probability'. Yet many things you have said could have caused an individual to do or not do something that will now result dying, or escaping death.
A. It would help if you could give an example. If you are referring to the conflict and war in your future, I'm not sure I'm specific enough to help any individuals avoid anything. Suggesting there is a war coming is a bit different than saying avoid Washington DC at 3:45 AM on March 12, 2015.

Why do people who are talking about something questionable never have high res pictures?
Its always grainy dark ones.
Especially guys that claim to be able to time travel.
