These weight charts are crap, BMI means very little once considered in the world of bodybuilding.

Agreed. Good use as an average for someone who doesn't work out though.

Yeh, if you don't work out then its a good measure. But once you get into body building it goes out the window.

In 6months time i'll probablly weigh more than i did when i started, but hopefully wont have the same BodyFat% and have more lean muscle mass!

JayCarr theres easy ways to add calories etc to meals like your breakfast, add a banana to it etc. If your going to bulk up you'll need to do these small things to add them up, and you'll probablly have to eat more than just shedded wheat.

Oatmeal is nice, i got into that alot, bit of natural honey and splenda sweetner and its nice. Keeps you feeling full for the 3hrs you need it to aswell, i also add a banana with it too but most of the time eat that seperate.

If you don't want to read stuff you could ask your gym if you could have a session with a nutrionist or something, help them sort it all out for you. You need a schedule to follow else you'll quit after a few days. Trust me i been there and done it!

Remember its not about weight

Are you quite bulky? have you got a lot of muscle. You could be muscly and weigh 19 stone. It all depends on your body fat %. Can't go by weight. Unless you purposely want to just lose weight and muscle then you can do it by weight

Patrick- What are these chicken slices? Do you buy slices in packs? Or do you cook breasts then chop them into slices?

I Dont mind adding some suppliments Steve. I've got some weight gainer and creatine. Not started using it yet though.

Steve there is 2l listed above, which I have with each meal. I also have the odd glass throughout the day as well, or more whilst I'm at gym.

I easily get 3-4l of water a day.

Jay, most supermarkets sell ready cooked chicken breast slices that are ready to eat. About £1.99 for a 140g packet, not cheap when you buy a few at a time but makes an easy meal.
