No, they are different countries. They are all part of the United Kingdom. Scotland isn't a city is it....

I not wanting to get into an argument with anyone just wondering what the differences in definitions are as to why the likes of Ibizia and the Canary Islands aren't classied as Countries and the likes of Scotland and Wales are?
