i got 2 friends with the same zetec S as you oli and i can beat them easily in my standard gsi, i know someone with the new zetec S and that is even slower IMO

mine isnt standard so i cant really say how quick standard to standard it would be but so ive hear saxo's arnt a problem and corsa's are ment to be about the same. ive had a play with afew different cars but only ever a standard corsa so i cant really compare.

ive never said that its quick nippy could be said, but it isnt quick.

when i was younger i used to go crusing every week with a mate in a festa zetec s. We thrashed it of every set of lights and i always beet him in my 1.6 corsa. They do handel alot better though but its not really hard cus the corsa's have poor handeling as standard

yes they do handle well, it just the gearing the messes it up acceleration wise other wise it would be just as quick as saxo, corsa to 60
