i ahve just been quoted

1200 on a astra 2.2
1400 on a type r
800 on a corsa 1.8

all are fully comp

i only pay 300 3rd party on my corsa!

Can you not insure it under someone else's name?

I was getting quotes of like £1200 fully comp on my own policy. Done it under my mums name is its halfed it lol £570 and thats fully comp and me as a named driver.

Have a think lol

thats kind of unlawful though, if its your name on the logbook then technically you should be the main driver

im only paying £2k tpft on an 2.0 corsa with all bodykit,repsray, interoir everything declared. and im just turned 18

try www.easymoneyinsurance.com they seemed extremely cheap compared to everywhere else.

My car, mums name on the log, all legal


it is unlawful if you arn't the main driver, it's called insurance fronting. Some kid on another website didn't get paid out after a car fire as it was claimed that he wasn't the name driver but he had a private reg of his name and stuff on the car.

i paid £2400 last yr! was my 1st car a 1.4 sport it was £180ish a month had 2 crashes in the yr so it was going to go up to over £3000 so i stopped driving lol

i think i paid 1450 tpft on my fiesta last year, all mods delcared, if it was standard would of been 1100 fully comp

Try Adrian Flux matey, were the cheapest for me by miles
