its good to see places highlighting that they don't use trans fats in there foods, in recent years it has stated to get better and people are more aware of what they eat, the thing is its far too slow and most people of our generation will have the "not bothered" attitude.

Ive also found that 8 pints of mass produced named beer gives you a far worse hangover than the same amount of homebrew stuff due to the fact they load big named beer with chemicals..

Im sure someone said once that good wine doesnt leave you with a hangover - I dispute it to the degree that if you drank 3 bottles of it im sure it would, but maybe one bottle and no headache.

there is no point in worrying about it now, if the damage is done, it would have been done years ago when no one knew any better.
Its not just our generation though, its the next generation. You have to think what you are, or will be, feeding your kids. I eat maybe 60% Organic food now, only stuff certified by the organic food society though. Yeah its more expensive but hell it tastes so much better!, only because I want to be able to consciously make a change to myself. I know its tough in a world full of consumerism, sometimes you have to do these things for yourself.
What a load of crock for being gullible to the marketing of organic food!
You'd rather pay nearly four times the price for organic food, than popping to a farmers market which is the EXACT same product which is just as cheap as supermarkets non-organic ranges of food.
People who follow the orangic food bandwagon are lead to believe its good for their body and forced to pay stupidly expensive prices for the privilege, yet don't realise that the damage to the body is already done and you can get stuff cheaper.
Back to the topic,
KFC is probably one of the better range of fastfoods going (subway top?) and i agree that McD's is pumped full of crap - usually makes me feel groggy for the next day.

Most of the animal rights/organic crowd are oblivious to the fact that half of the things they wear/eat are the same anyway.

Ive worked on Organic farms before, the regulations are very strict and disciplined, I know the difference. There are no unnatural products or chemicals used in Organic food. On farmers markets, unless they are organic, use pesticides, which are harmful to you and which your body has to work hard to clear out of your system. Pesticides can cause development problems, fertility problems and also reduce your natural immunity to worldy nasties.
4 times the price! Where do you shop? Take a can of beans for example. Non organic price is say 50p, Organic price is about 62p - your figures are way off! Organic bread for a loaf is about 15p more.

Bollocks, people used to eat with their hands eating raw fish, that never done them any harm.
Humans adapt.

Was thinking that tbh, saying that my brothers exactly the same - thinks its doing him good burning money away on products that might help him live a few weeks longer
Can understand having a healthy diet, but i dont think spending the extra quid or so per item will make any difference - drinking alcohol, smoking (passive also), the chemical riden air we breath, is more dangerous to us than pestersides

Fillet KFC is v.tasty.
I never had kfc's when it didn't do a fillet range, I hate chicken on the bone.
but Fillet Burger / pop corn chick are lovely.
Also the fillet burger meet is a really nice tender piece of chicken, not like things like a mcdonalds chicken burger or chicken mc.nuget which are essentially left over boots and paper mashe mashed up into a shape of a burger.
KFC isn't good for you - but no fast food is, KFC is really tasty though, so every once in 3 months or so I treat myself to a KFC meal.
I've always wanted to try a boneless bucket though, they contain everything that's yummy.
