Not really but I see what you mean

You could get it cut similar to that (short on the sides & a bit of a mullet) & then use loads of gel to make it spikey. Thats what you see a lot of, quite a lot on chavs

But thats cut properly. Doesn't look like its covered in wilkinsons wet look gel & it also looks like its had the straighteners on it too

GHD's are pretty much considered to be the best

They do thin ones for blokes hair
