As i may have said before general banter doesn't bother me, if talking about other things and not people on the board.
When taking the piss out of people on the board, it gets pathetic, there is no need. Some of the comments that you nob's may say could hurt someone's feelings, okay it is the internet but people can still get wound up over it.
You wouldnt more than likely say it to their faces, so why be keyboard warriors and act like cocks...
I'm sure there is enough evil in the world already without the typical 2-5 people joining in directing insults to people.
