eh?
your rear axle was level with his....
so you were right at the back of the lorry. You saw him indicate. You saw him start to come out. You then slammed on your brakes and swerved. Why didnt you just lift of or brake slighty when you saw him indicate?
Sounds like you just kept trying to get past him till it was not possible These things happen, thats why people have to pay attention on the road, and anticipate other drivers actions.... wrong or right.

Guy on a roundabout by work cut in front of me, causing my to mount the verge under the bridge, slam my breaks on and my tyres were smoking and i beep and saluted him and he put his foot down and drove off like a little man in his brand new VW Golf thinking he owned the fcuking road.

The problem stems futher than that. People aren't tought how to use Motorways full stop.
Thats the problem, theres far to many retards on the motorways. My work involves driving a van so im always on the m25, m4 and m3. The m25 is by far the worst as you get people driving in what ever lane they feel like on the 5 lane section and usually at about 50mph which causes people to undertake them and drive round them.
People who stay in the middle lane all the time aswell, that is the most annoying thing when you want to get past them but cars are coming past you. They quite often move though if you give them the light show, horn and finger but thats not the point.
Its down to common sense which alot of people dont have. Now im doing about 60k a year for work, maybe more and its then when you start to see how bad people actually are, its not the motorways fault its theres.
Maybe having two lanes for lorrys is a good idea like they have in places on the m25.
Also I think now you should have to take a seperate test after passing for motorway use as people really dont have a fucking clue. Especially Mrs Mongolian whos come over here with her husband and kids because hes joined the army, i work near Sandhurst's military bit and the amount of them attempting to drive and cant

Read the highway code, i think you'll find YOUR the one that has to get into THEIR lane, they dont need to slow down or speed up, you do!
I'm pretty sure that most motorway exit signs start a few miles before the junction, maybe you could not be an eejit and get in lane a little earlier? .

what about at runabouts when people coming from the right just keep on going and cut in front of you like they own the roads, then you try to pull out and they skid to a stop and honk alot

Only way i've managed to avoid an accident *touches wood* traveling to the other side of Birmingham for work and uni is to be able to second guess what another driver does before they do it

I use my horn a lot. I would have seen him moving towards me and beeped at him. If he can't see you at least he can hear you

1) when did i say when you're right on top of a junction?
2) you cant speed up or slow down if you have cars infront and behind you
im blatently not the 'eejit' here
