are the legally obliged to chuck me out with no proof? im pretty sure that without sufficient proof then they have no rights? or am i wrong?

when speaking to management last night he said he trusts his security and that if they believed me to have done such a thing they are entitled to ask me to leave..yet they could not ACTUALLY prove that they were in the right! do i have a case?
Case for what??!

This also reminds me of another incident

Apparently it is now Tesco's policy to ID all parties involved when purchasing alcohol.

Me and a mate (who is 30) bought a crate of beer and placed it on the counter. He asked my mate for ID and he gave it to him. He then asked me. I was like "WTF "

My mate then kicked off immediately saying that he doesn't need to see my ID.

Basically management was called and we were refused the alcohol

Once outside it occured to me... what if a father and child were to go to Tesco's together and the Dad wants some beer. Does he get refused because of the child??

i remember when the 21 thing was introduced, and my co-op got it wrong, and thought that anyone under 21 wasnt allowed cigarettes chumps.

I go into Somerfield nearly every other day for bits and pieces. Get served by the same woman (who is about 124) and she always makes a point of asking me for my ID and checking my photo.

Wish she'd just die
