You need to eat more if you find it hard putting on weight.

www.bodybuilding.com has a huge amount of info. The articles and forums there are THE best resource for anyone into losing fat, gaining muscle and wanting to know about weight training.

nah mate, i find it so hard ive signed up and been members of sites for ages! tried different supppyments etc n everything, just my body type and metabolism, if i dont work out for a week, or dont eat properly i loose nearly all the weight i gain in abuot 3 months in a week im quite strange

I wish i had that problem "i cant put on wieght" am just lazy me though

same here, i struggle to put on weight, i'm 6'2 and just got upto 12stone before my hols, not sure what i am now but usually drop to 11 and a half, never weigh less than that.
Find it really hard to eat, i'm a fussy eater so there isn't a lot of variety so i get bored of eating. And when i try and eat better it costs me alot of money (don't mind spending it though on stuff that are good for me)
i don't know how you guys manage such a big change in lifestyle, it affects me being knackered from the gym but having to eat numerous eggs etc and eat ever 3 housrs is just too much of a task for me.

you get used to it in the end its all about mental strength i think, however, bodybuilding is a activety were it is very easy to get de-motivated; as your always judging your self and its far to easy to go to the gym see someone bigger than you and feel down.

just have to get on with it, after a while you dont think about it you just do it.

as for the money thing i find it quite cheap to eat the right food, i meen:

wholeweat pasta
tuna
oats
eggs
brown rice
chicken
ect ect

can all be bought in bulk for quite cheap, compared to the price of things like coke, biscuits ect.

Just got back from the gym, Did a easy 15 mins on bike, about 5km or 6 km - then did some resistance machines, stretched off etc.

Then did a 5.5 km Run non stop on the running machines, which took about 25 mins - but was sweating buckets.

Then went round all the usual resistance machines, did some dips, etc

Then a 10 minute row.

Then back on bikes for 15 mins.

Then home.

Was at gym for about 2 hrs 15 mins.

use dumbells wherever possible, machines dont stimulate as much muscle fibre as dumbells and barbells.

don't drink fizzy drinks, try not to eat biscuits either, usually have crisp such as them seasons ones etc.
