asked again.

was telling me to slow down i only asked on friday. his wife had a wee look today. hopefully get something a little more concrete tommorrow. going to ask for £16k i think

will see what is said tommorrow if anything. If it aint tommorrow should have something sorted by friday
£16k would make my living alot more comfortable
just worked it out £19.5k is £10/hr

Had a look at it last night, i was miss calculating as i only work a 35.5hr wk

Just came through and offered £15k
said i was wanting £16k
said back to the drawing board and away he went

works out at £8.60/hr
will be £3.5k payrise so cant complain

People moan about there bosses nipping out etc, all that does is spur me on to succeed and become them!

Build my own company up, have a team of skilled staff that respect me and will work hard for me then i can swan about and generally oversee everything.

Im earning 14k on my placement year and living at home so thats 14k in my pocket

I am needing a pay rise soon, should really pull my finger out and get it moving on increasing profile etc I just can't be assed i've been out the office once in the past 2 months compared with about 12 times jan-mar
