i have same thing, but hes married with 3 kids and still texts/emails all the time asking me to meet him etc, no amount of ignoring or telling him where to go works, tell her just to change her number or something, only way

it is funny, we were together a couple month, then found out he was married with kids so told him where to go, still over a yera on hes texting/emailin everyday. knows i have a lad etc but still...

i think using reasonable force to remove the "smack head" from your wife and restraining him, is sufficient within the full extent of the law.

I had the same thing a few years back. There was this bus driver that went out with my gf before me, for just a couple of weeks. She met me and never looked back.
He couldn't accept it and kept ringing/texting her. She was a 'friend' so agreed to meet him to explain nicely that she didn't see him in that way anymore and that she was serious with me and expecting my child. He pulled out a £200 ring and asked her to marry him and move away with him. He would look after the kid as his own etc, when she laughed and walked away he broke down crying and spent the next couple of days texting her apologising for moving too fast and could they try again..
..in a stupid way I kind of felt sorry for the guy so decided violence was best avoided at this point. Kind of took Craig W's idea! lol
I knew someone who worked in the same bus depot as him and kindly asked whether he could get me a copy of this blokes shifts. He did more than that and provided me with the blokes shifts for the next month and also the front page off of his personnel sheet.
Next day I 'borrowed' my gf phone and text him agreeing to meet. I wrote, 'my boyfriend has found out you keep texting me and is not happy. I will meet you one last time, but nothing will ever happen. Meet me @..'
I left an envelope with his name on, with what I had gathered inside and a note saying..
I know where you are every second of the day. Keep away!
Never heard anything again (thought it would of kicked off big time but never did). Saddo probably killed himself.

I'f I am there then yes he would restrained with force untill the police arrived. If I am not then there is nothing I can do. the only time I would get violent is if someone hurt my son but that is somthing that only a parent would understand.
