Not realy a Kraut fan Jambo, but Smokin' Joe is like Walter Rhorl, a king amongst men, and a god behind the wheel despite his nationality.

Quite the opposite to Schumacher, who is the biggest c*nt regardles of nationality.

DTM is the best european door to door touring car series. But worldwide the V8 supercars will never be beaten. 500bhp, slicks and they push them 5 wide most of the time and some of the greatets drivers in saloon cars

So right Brad. Whenever I can stay up late enough, will always catch the Aussie racing on channel 5. Falcons and Holdens is where it's at.

Apart from GT and DTM, it's the only cool, watchable contemporary racing on the planet.

The British Yawning Car Championship is hopeless, and I have watched it about as much as F1 in recent years.

Watched a bit of the third race today as I was flipping through the channels and was gobsmacked to find that the RAC have their own team, and they run a pair of MG ZSs. They look realy good in the orange, and I watched it for a bit.

The pair finished quite well. Shame they couldn't get past that Plato nobber, and even more of a shame they didn't go the whole hog and enter a pair of V8 ZTs instead. Could have had some PROPER racing then, and I wouldn't have missed a race all season.

On the subject, actually started watching the Bahrain GP the other week, as I was amazed to see that Keke Rosberg's boy is racing now

Seemed like quite a nice chap, and not up himself in the interview so I thought i'd watch and see if he can honour his family name.

He was doing alright and making for some watchable racing when BOOM! his engine blows up shortly into the race, and I find out that yet another of the pathetic rule changes is that teams have to get TWO races out of an engine.

What a joke.

Half the time you can't get ONE race out of an engine never mind two.

Needless to say I turned over in disgust and haven't watched again.

Bernie Ecclescake should be publicly raped to death by a Rhino.
