i tried confused.com a while ago for a quote on an Evo, only got one for about £4k. Day later that insurance company rang me up saying they could get the price down, quoted £2k.

Rob I honestly cant see you getting insured on anything Grp10+

I was gonna get a Mk2 Golf GTi 8v but they just wouldnt insure me. So i've got the Rallye and i'm glad I've got it. Love the thing, but realistically dont pay anymore than £1500 for insurance!

Its just not worth it.

On a Grp9 Peugeot 106 Rallye: £1,056.01 TPFT.

Arent 1.6 sports group 10 and Gsi group 11? DO you have a gsi engine? Or is it something to do with the fact its had an engine transplant. I would wait till you have a NCB then change car
