Take an invoice to their parents, but sadly in the world we live in, not many parents will do anything about it. maybe im wrong and just bitter about the community we live in, but i just feel the parents will shrug it off as a "school yard prank"
good luck with it tho JR, gutting when people do stuff like that to your car. makes you rage.

sorry to hear about it though.
Jealousy is the only reason that cars get vadalised. When i had the gold corsa and used to leave it town outside my old works place people used to always ask where id parked etc so they could have a look. basically they wanted to find it to abuse it.
I had people follow me, threaten to key it just cos i made something good for myself and there £2 orion was a heap.
Same with the clio, i get sarky comments and stuff but you get used to it!
James dont take the piss with the invoice as the problem will escalate

Jim, report the c*nts to the filth for criminal damage.
Then visit the parents with the required paperwork plus a fully charged tazer and a crate of Molotov cocktails.
If they don't take your request seriously, tazer them bitches good & proper, and then burn them to death with your petrol bombs.
Take no prisoners you f*cker - be like Chuck Norris. 
This way, even if they don't pay up, at least their offspring will know you are not a man to be f*cked with, and will probably leave the car alone in the future if they have an ounce of sense between them.

although SVM's plans a gooden!! you should just do exactly the same as what they did to your bros car, but throw in a bit of keying and maybe a smashed window!? or just leave them sat on bricks outside their work place or something?!!
