coleman is massive and one of the few bodybuilders that lift seriously heavy weigths.

I have seen a few of his dvd's and he leg presses inexcess of 1000kg's!!!!! The gym he uses have special dumbbells made for him as everything ese was too light...

totally fucking awesome

oh and he says yer buddy, light wieght all the time!

oh and he's a part time copper too

From his latest dvd:

**The Cost of Redemption includes four days featuring his whole-body workouts. Massive Ronnie's workouts include 160 lbs Dumbbell shoulder presses, 800 lbs Squats, 2,250+ lbs Leg Presses, 495 lbs Bench Presses, 75 lbs Alternate Curls and more!! 310 lbs Massive body Mega-off-season-workouts!!**

i got a copy of flex in my room showin him in police uniform.... fcuk me, you just wouldn't even bother. dunno how quick he'd be but you wouldn't want him to catch you. coleman is awesome.
I've even seen guys nearly his size and shape do a standing backflip in trunks when posing.

he poops a lot or you know a lot more?? i've seen those pics of jay cutler alongside ron and yes, he did look better. a bigger and more defined chest for one which seemed impossible. i wonder if anyone in the next few years is gonna emerge and be even bigger?? there has to be a point when the growth of an individual human being will plataue and cannot get any bigger, there has to be a limit surely???
