a suggestion to the admin, this topic shud be deleted. its not a very good example of how welcoming and open minded the members are is it really?

Hazy: The only bad comments or out of turn comments have been from your self.
As I stated before this is a PUBLIC forum. Hence why people are allowed their own opinion. It may not be what you agree with. If its not then either dont post in that thread or dont post at all.

Yup very reliable!
Exactly what i was thinking, infact, he had to put another g/box in but the engine has been sound, never broken down, nothing gone bang........!

hi lads, cheers for some of the comments about my car i own the purple cupra R, that pic on the first page is very good do you have the high res version? its good to see threads like this to see what people dont like about cartain parts etc i enjoy it, but when people start to chirp in calling people 'chav'? it gets a little childish dont you think,
at the end of the day we are all enthusiasts, so why do we have to call names you dont know me and i have never owned an item of burberry or a tracksuit 
so come on lads dont tar yourselves with the same brush.

I disagree with the " we are all enthusiats" comments. an enthusuast would not disfigure an atheticially pleasing car like the cupra R (partiularly one in black) with horrifically stupid large 20 inch wheels, purple paint and stick on parts.

yes but we all have our own views on our cars, i may not like something you do to your car whatever it is but i dont call you chav if i dont like it its very narrow minded, the reason for the paint is because i got it done at cost of the paint only, all labour was free, and its not just a doors shut and windows masked its a full doors off interior out job, the reason for the wheels is i needed some new ones, so i bought some 19s but i had to have a spacer to clear the brembos, which i didnt like so i got these 20s where the spokes stick out and the tyres are in.

i have not said that any of you were wrong, just narrowminded for classing all the people on the vids as wankers and chavs, when you dont even know us, yes the music is sh ite i dont like it either, but its about a group of mates and car lovers meeting up and having a good time.

The whole concept of Motor World is a mystery to me
Why you chose to be there I do not know
If you are willing to spend money on making it look better (in your own opinion of course) then why associate it with a retail outlet that sells cheap & nasty add-on's that primarilay make a car look worse?

tbh outside motorworld in lincoln now there is a nice white corsa  no lie, carbon bonnet, speedlines, gsi kit, actually looks ok
