my place has jobs, order picking at -20 C in one of the biggest coldstores in the country i'd get you an application form but i feel u wouldn't stay, so i would make myself look daft for recommending you
just get a job stacking shelves anywhere - working nights decent money and proves to future employers you are willing to do awkward hours, looks better on cv's and its a start to getting a decent job

most stuff in my room is hidden away. surround sound processor, sub etc is under my bed, computer is under my desk with phone point and network points hidden away behind my desk.
When i change my TV for a plasma or LCD i will box it in.

Willay top tip, go for LCD as Plasma is only worth it if you fancy buying a new set in 2-5 years, a LCD box (with all the HD 'ready' goodies) will last you up till 10.
www.richersounds.co.uk is a decent site for prices.

ye i know what u mean, i should sell it all and then get myself out of debt. but i stay inside alot now so i need it really.
and ye they are all dvd players, they kept fuckin up so i had to buy another one.basically if the film doesnt work in one its bound to work in one of the others
and no, im not black. why u ask? so many people think i am, iv never known why tho
and ye LCD is what u want, iv never been too keen on plasmas but can pick em up for around £800 now for a 42" plasma

Thats a wee bit of a myth.

Myth #4: Plasma TVs only last a few years
Fact: It's difficult to say for certain how long a plasma TV will last since they've only been around for about six years. But, with normal in-home use, you should count on a plasma TV lasting at least ten years.
The useful lifetime of a TV is measured by the period of time it takes for the display to appear half as bright as the day you bought it. (All types of TV displays lose their brightness over time, but because it's so gradual, it's virtually impossible to notice during day-to-day viewing.) Plasma TVs from quality brands typically have a rated lifetime of 30,000 hours. That may not sound like a lot, but if you watched for five hours a day, every day, it would take over 16 years! Chances are that long before a plasma TV "wears out," you'll be looking to replace it due to advances in TV performance and features. (On average, people replace their TVs after 8 years.)
But your sentiment is correct, go for LCD

£800 on an LCD would get you a decent 26/27" and it'd be HD ready. Over £1k and you could get a decent 32".
