well gutted about it though, only back on the road since aug 13th, so thats less time than its was off the road less than half the time it was off the road

old codgers are dangerous I was going round a roundabout today some coffin dodger pulled up at the junction, looked and must have seen me going round and decided to pull out a yway

dunno didnt have a speed gun with me. they wasnt backing out like you would do if you was backing out onto a mainroad, was more like he just planted his foot to the floor and limited it in reverse

everyone i have spoke to says it should go my way, people on here, insurance, coppers, other people i've talked too, only people who dont agree with me is the people who reversed out and there neighbours who didnt evan see it

You are extremely lucky that the police arrived. i have heard of this type of accident before where the people coming out the drive say they were actually pulling in becareful they don't try an pull this stunt and find some witnesses to say this you would be surprised the shit people will try and turn round an who would beleive it! shame about the car mate and good luck sortin it out

well they told the police they was backing out the drive to go out, so they wont be able to pull that trick.

Sounds like it should be sorted as i said 9times out of 10 police aren't there people make up all sorts o f crap someone drove into the side of me dads car out of a junction hit the rear door. Was clearly his fault but took three years to settle the claim cos the bloke said my dad was speeding and got 4 witnesses !

just been seeing the car and its worse than i thought, the passanger door is normal, but look at the gap from the door to the roof, the A pillar is well bent
then the worse news of all, i turned the key and she spluttered, then started but sounded ruff as fuck, then died about 5seconds later so i think the only salvageble bit is the boot lid, splitter
