i've got good gcse's
maths a, english b, english lit c.
writing stuff down is one thing, but getting stuff out of your mouth isn't always as easy in some situations.
i.e on the phone when you're speaking to someone you've never met before.

i just missed out on a plain english course at work, but apparently that was very beneficial. all about being specific and straight to the point without writing any more than is necesary.

They mean sod all to me, but i must say i did enjoy maths when doing it.
