is bent axel on any car a write off? i had a bent axel on my newish corsa c and it wasnt a write off :S

Bent axle is bit expense in parts, would be OK a newer car because the cost is not as large in percentage terms.

this entire thread saddens me... one of the nicest corsas on this site - defines class and now it's ruined

i feel for you man, must be bad at this point in time but tbh i'm sure insurance .etc is gonna sort it all out but it's not the same is it.

rear beams aint that expencive. i would take the insurance money n c how much they want 2get the car bak then either strip the car n scrap wots left or use the money n fix it urself
