You think if you take steroids it makes it easy
I train just as hard as I do without them.

Been training since Feb, not really stuck to it mega hard so not put on a great deal of muscle.
I know my bad but as i've booked holiday want to gain muscle lose weight etc.
I know not the best way, but if pointed in right direction on diet etc would be good

Well in my personal opinion i think steroids should be left until your genetic limit is reached, obviously that isnt obtainable for about 5 years maybe.

I would personally stay well clear, ive been body building for 12 months and only in last say 4 months as my body really started to show true signs of definition. I train 5 times a week, it takes time finding what works for you, but steroids arent the proper option mate anyone can take them and become ripped in no time, but do your research and you will find so many downsides biggest of all probably increase in chance of a heart attack.
Work hard eat right and you will soon start to see the difference

and reason it had taken so long is i used to be skinny and in first six months put on over a stone and half in muscle, then from there slowly but surely it started to show on my body.

wtf. Your gonna have spider legs in no time aswell...Rocky, if someone were to do a proper cycle and use aldactone in conjunction, you would soon realise how wrong you are regarding "It's just water, not muscle". ....jesus christ.
