Yeah but IMO in a car that is priced to the younger generation, I personally wouldnt want something over 60k thats been modded bya young person as IMO its more hassle than its worth regardless of how bullet proof the engine is, many are not of standard spec either

There are a few cupras making about 230bhp on the standard turbo. albeit this turbo is definately at full flow at that power. Its a peak power figure as well, it really looses steam past 5k rpm.

as for stereo you can send your dash to a company in spain and they modify it to take a standard DIN headunit. lot of fcuking about though.

and 69k if fuck all on a properly serviced VAG engine you mongs.

69k is still quite high mileage though Sethion is it not? regardless of engine rigidness or anything like that. As Robbo said theres more chance that with that mileage its been ragged around.

I'm off to Car Giant at the weekend to see how much they'll give me for the car. Then I'll know where i stand
