Since its got cold though i havent done anything and all the hard work is gone. Just started again now though ready for the summer, just bought new bike and couldnt believe how unfit i had got in a few months. really struggled to do a hard ride for 30mins.
Will push through the barrier though and back to my old self in a matter of weeks.
My metabolism is extremely high, so i can eat loads and just turn it into muscle rather than fat when im exercising.
If that were true, ectomorphs all over would be jumping for joy

well, to me being unable to perform to standards i used to be able to(situps, push ups) would be an indicator to how unfit ive become. But if you want to be clever about it, so be it . I used to have a resting heart rate of about 46ish bpm iirc, but its now around the 68ish bpm mark. To some people fit and healthy means to be in good health, i.e. not ill. being not ill to me is something i, and many others, I think, take for granted. As a result of THAT, to me, i feel ive become unfit by not being able to do what i used to be able to.
As usual someone has made a smart comment in order to try and make themselves look more intelligent than someone else, GTF. I obviously forgot to put up my request in my orginal post of asking people not to make comments which may get to me, provoke arguments etc. Oh the children!
Anyway, took the bike out tonight, just went round a mates house 2miles or so away. Mountain bike had flat tyres, so took the BMX Was fooked when i got there! then rode home and slung the bike in the shed.
Now got a pizza in the oven cooking. Should really sort out what i eat and when i eat it next!

i always eat pasta and stuff but then treat myself after ive had it.
Like i had salmon pasta salad tonight before football and had a bowl of ice cream after it.
Burn the ice cream off and the carbs at football. You can afford to treat yourself aslong as your eating right *or there abouts* in the first place.

I tried a climbing wall the other month and was really disappointed, I used to fly up them but I don't now. Having said that, I borrowed a bike the other day and went out with a few mates and did a few k and I didn't collapse, so its not all bad.
Thinking about commuting on a bike, the caretaker in work even said there's a shower I can use when I get there. Bonus.

anyone who feel it may be applicable to them, if you have to think about if its you, then it probably includes you.
This statement is not aimed directly at anyone.

I seem to be able to control my weight very well, and i was being perhaps a little too literal with my last comment there i was more aiming to try and say that i can increase my build quite easily with some hard work. But yes that is nothing to do with fitness.
