This is'nt a thread about Daimo being good or bad, personally I think he is a alright guy with the same intrests as each and everyone else on this board.

I just wanted to remind everyone about how fun this site used to be

Yeah I agree, if you ever see anyone in real life who you argue with on here you should definately smack them as soon as you clock eyes on them

I can't ever remember seeing anyone recently saying referring to themselves as being "something". Or maybe you just read the situation incorrectly

Mature people know the differance between arguing & fighting, more importantly they know where to draw the line.

Dumb kids trying to proove themselves to others think that violence gets them somewhere in life.

So you would prefer to be beaten up than have an adult conversation?

where did it say anything about getting beaten up? i am saying 90% of people who dish it out on the internet would not dare say something to the persons face in real life

I've always said he is a sound guy, just comes across badly and it doesn't help that he rises to being wound up.

I think if these bans stay and I include a few more argumentitive people who don't even drive Corsas in them, he would come back and get on OK.

He likes talking about cars, which puts him further up in my estimation than a lot of people.

so you'd rather get rid of 10 people that make the board worth viewing, for one guy

IMO when i met daimo in real life he was ok, he bought the astra engine off stephen then when he found out this was the case stephen refunded him some money, all's fair both parties were happy and daimo sold the engine on for more than he paid for it! He still came on here though and started falming stephen about it. He's ok in real life, a nob on here, like most people i guess

It's about quality, not quantity.

Leave the "we have x thousand members" quotes to other forums.

yes this would be true if the people that were being banned didnt really add anything to the board, but they make the board worth readin imo, ok they may not be the best people to organise a corsa meet, but they certainly make people come back here for more

these people are long founding members, most since 2002, shouldnt be really getting rid of members that have been here that long as its these members that have shaped the foundation of the board into what it is. I think some of them need a slap on the wrist with the cockish behaviour but if they tiidied that up i think they are needed members tbh

i mean things like vibrios post about a bus with big hairy fanny written down it, wtf why was this trashed, its not like there is an age limit. Id say most people on this board are over 12 and can handle it it was even in off day where it should be
