lots of mates but I wouldn't rely on any of them if it came to it.
1 person who would bend over backwards for me and that's the girlfriend. I'd do the same for her.

I've got about 2 or 3 real mates not sure exactly how many, i'm pretty much only 1 persons real mate I got one mate who would do anything for me and vice versa 
I have about 20 mates who I spend time with tho. (no just mates of mates, people who I cud pick up the blower & go for a drink with).
It's a bit sad ins't it

this is quite a good point actually.
probably 2/3 i could count on.
Since leaving school and that you see less and less of your mates.
Now ive been with the misses sometime i seem to be spending very little time with mates now.
She doesnt stop me or anything.
anyone else find this?

yes, in fact this was one of the reasons me and my ex split up, she accused me of not making time for her and wanting to see mates more (which was partially true because they were more fun )
