imo that table is not to be relied on. I'm only 5ft9 (wish i'd grow) but weigh about 12 stone 6. You certainly wouldn't say I was overweight. And I expect to be up to about 13 stone in a couple of months, starting going to the gym regularly.

Its more about how you look and feel about yourself. Weight is just a numerica figure, don't pay too much attention to it.

Agreed as I'm between 5ft11 and 6ft and weigh just under 14st and am a bit fat but I knbow people who are the same but look thinner iof you get me. Due to them having more muscle etc

im a skinny person n it pisses me off but i just dont put weight on! runs in the family i no when im bout 25 il pile on the pounds

im the same mate, eat loads to put on weight and if anything lose it, its not great.
I even go to the gym now, still not getting any bigger

I'm 5'11" and 9.5 stone too..

I've tried everything listed here (except weight training) and it hasn't made any difference at all. I want to start weight training, but don't have the time or motivation.

Basically when your training your stretching,stressing and tearing muscle tissues, the contents of some of the foods you take in and whatever suppliments you take will be used for energy, and when the muscle fibres heal back up, they heal in the stretched state you trained them in, this also means don't work the same muscle in consecutive days, it's a waste of a training session, energy and possibilty of burning your carbs (for bulk) off.
