That maybe good enough, it may not.

I cannot guarantee your safety as I still do not know what is going to happen.

Right it piss me off when people compain and moan

Aficia - oh we got not food what happen to the last of the money we sent you. The arabs live in deseats and you don't see them staving.

I will say though this is different this is a disater and a masisve one at that, and yes they will need finically aid as loads more will die becuase of disease, most likely more than what the earthquake caused.

it just piss me off when goverments give money to one thing and not another, flodira gets trashed my a hurrancine no one hleps bar the US goverement. If we going to give money to one disater we should give to them all.

You said it yourself, America knew therefore if they knew it was a big earthquake why did they not warn them.

It takes 2 seconds to dial a number, even if people could have got upstairs in there buildings it would have saved lives.

what was the time scale from the quake to the first tsunami reaching shore?

about 45 minutes to indonesia, and nearly 4 hours to cross the indian ocean.

link?

Because short of appointing a police officer to sit in everyones passenger seat, you cannot throw money at the problem of road deaths.

Ok that was a poorly thought out example.

20 million or what ever it was could be spent on the NHS doing life saving operations such as heart bypass etc. I think you would save more than 200 lives that way as open heart surgery cost 72,000

Going back to this disaster, somethings not right.

This is what I have so far

1. Somebody knew as soon as the Earthquake happened
2. Nobody was warned
3. Why was nobody warned
4. For what reason was nobody warned

Nail on head, the effects of this are likely to effect the whole world, surely this is a consipiracy theory in its self, as David has show there was 4 hours!! thats a very long time from the earthquake to Tsuami hitting the countries it affected.

yes, conspiracy would be that these event was fabricated to reach an ultimate goal, in this case somebody wants to cause a slump in specific areas of world markets.

Regarding someone going on about all the funding money that is going over that way, this could be money that has been factored into the persons or groups agenda. Ie they are prepared to pay hundreds of millions of dollars as part of the cost to reaching their ultimate goal.

For example the illuminati are said to influence key events and to throw massive amounts of money around to pay for things to be tipped to their favour. They are said to be made up of the richest families in the world, Money is not an issue for these people when they want to make something happen.

My thoughts is that this quake may have been caused, or was not purposely caused but warning was deliberately withheld, with a goal to this event being part of a bigger plan to change/reshape the world & or civilisation.

Yes the peruian gulf still produces more oil than any other region in the world.

Yet the US, UK and USSR produce more than they need

Countrys such as Algeria and Nigeria are in the top ten largest producers of oil,

Oliver as said before, it is difficult to predict the strength of the earthquake, Only extremely rare earthquakes of magnitude 8+ create the tsunami's that devastate.
