Palace, no denying it, and dowie has worked wonders with them, have some good players like johnson and gray
buy do they have enough nop level expirence whiting the side (not being harsh stu )
west ham are a very similar tem, with a youngish manager, and a good base, but IMO slightly more quality and (possibly) less of a team sprit
also with west ham 90% of the players are good enough and young enough to be able to make the step up
eg, zamora, harewood, carrick (been there) reo-coker, McAnuff, bywater (been there) etc etc

i see what your saying james and totally agree. I dont think Palace will be strong enough for the premiership, west ham are better suited, yet i think palace have a damn good chance. I wont be too disappointed if we dont make it, cause i know next season we will make it and be stronger too.
Little fact for you. Last time Palace got promoted was the last time leicester got relegated, now they have been relegated again, it should mean palace go up again

no ur chairman has £ i mean...if he uses his brain and puts £ into them
like portsmouth did.. mandaric (sp) put his own £ into club.. and they survived 1st season
others dnt have such rich chairmen

i think all the teames are easly matched n i agree that west ham would have the best chance of stopping up because sunderland and the rest are not good enought YET! yes id love to see sunderland back in the prem but would love to play leeds next year cos i hate them, Plus they way Hartlepool are playing theres another NE Derby..

went to the Watford game last wkend.
was in upper bobby moore and infront of us were 2 guys dressed as clowns,
they had a massive banner that read out "brown dont make clowns out of us"
it was being mexican past up & down the rows, coz the stewards were trying to confiscate it-
was funny

All the teams in the Div2 play offs are not worthy of division 1. I've seen Luton play all 4 teams and none impressed me. Swindon did look the least worst though

out of all the teams in Div 1 play offs, palace are strongest overall. Ive seen all teams, Sunderland are poor to be polite, ipswich, well, dont deserve to be in play offs imo, west ham looked good but suspect defense. I cant see it being anything other than a Palace West ham final

I hope a scummy Northern team like Huddersfield go from the Third. We will have the highest attendances next season then lol Now HUll have gone. Hull will go up next season to Div1, i went up there Sat, fantastic Ground/Fans and good team managed by Peter nob head Taylor.
