I tend to get them very often aswell, shud I start drinking actimel 
strangly enough they think that a certain number of people who have acid problems suffer from mouth ulcers as a result. I chew the side of my mouth when I sleep
I think I do aswell  I've always got bits missing from inside my mouth

i hate the biting cheek in middle of sleep thing, allways feel it brewing for days when you get that slightly acidic tast around the swollen niess
