Come up with a plot (possibly taking the piss out of the fast and the furious), get yourself some people to play the characters and film some footage.

Edit it all together, make it look nice and fresh - have music on the intro while credits appear and your just watching something like someone blasting down a road at night (from a over head bridge) ... then cut to in car, music continues... your looking at the driver driving from the passenger seat. Nice short bit of him changing gear, then a shot of the rev counter, back to a shot of him changing gear or turning whatever...

A quick shot of where he's going

A outside shot of the car going past at speed.

Then finally car flies past and title of movie appears.

Then just film him as he arrives at a venue like a cruise (intro music still playing), then as he stops, flick to inside shot of him pressing his head unit off (intro music stops), cut to outside shot ground level to see door open, 2 feet step out - pan up and see the star of the movie standing next to his car...

and go from there

Perhaps the plot could be...

You turn up at a cruise, you meet up with some mates (sets the scene and characters), while your at the cruise some guys come up threatening you (the main character), looking at your car and saying it belongs to them - basically push you around a bit and then drive off (perhaps police turn up to bust the cruise)

you and your mates all drive off together, to mcdonalds or something, have something to eat where your just joking about - shows that the characters are good mates that have known each other for ages.

It's a new day - you wake up, your seen meeting up with one of your mates, he tells you about this [insert something] they're gonna take from the punks that were pushing you and them around last night.

but you, the main character doesn't want to be a part of that, refuses to help out, tries to talk his mates out of doing it but they do it anyway.

Anyway, your perhaps sitting at the dinner table with your mum and dad (sets the scene of goodie two shoes lol), mums talking about her day at work, your dad's just trying to watch the tele - suddenly your phone rings.

Cuts to shot of phone ringing - auidence see its your mates name. Your mum and dad tell you to finish your dinner.

(puts the audience in a bit of suspense)

Phone rings again 'same name on the phone ringing' - rings about 5 times, camera cuts to parents who are looking at their son, cuts to main character who looks like he wants to get up and answer his phone (all silent except for phone ringing) just as it gets to about 7 rings the kid gets up and answers the phone.

It's his mate (cuts to shot of his mate surrounded by a bunch of guys closing in on him or chasing him) - he asks for help, but suddenly the phone gets knocked out of his hand and you see your mate get dragged to the ground off camera (out of shot) - camera remains on phone and is seen to be picked up by the lead of this gang (same people who pushed them around).

He says that it was you 'the main character' that organised them to nick their stuff, and it is you he wants not them - If he wants to see his mate again he has to get wherever in 5 minutes! then hangs up.

Big action sequence as the kid runs out of the house - jumps in car and races off towards where ever it is... cutting from pics of watch / time to car exterior / interior shots...

then whatever happens...

I'm bored ...

Ok this film is shit - but you get the idea I meant.
