i looked at the a500 (since u keeping going on about it) and its just a small 'A' road which takes u to the same place the motorway does? i don't really see it as a short cut???

no, ya have to get on the a500 from where i live that takes you to j16 on the m6 then from there we will go, m56 then to m60

I know how to get to oldham junc of M60. Not to far from me. If was to go to the A500 I would be driving down to A500 then back up where I have already been to get to M60.

I mean I want to find directions from M60 to the National Meet!
