Phi sounds like you're really working yourself up over your test and driving, I'd recommend using this time between now and your next test to try and relax, and be calm under pressure - yes a driving test is very stressful but you're not doing yourself any favours by trying to do your test full of stress releving medicines and drugs.
Doing breathing exercises, teaching yourself to not getting flustered and learning to not panic sound like it might be helpful for you.
I'm no expert in these things and don't pretend to be but it sounds like you do need to relax a bit, go and see someone about it perhaps?
