So you've never sent your license off to have the points put on it, you've neverhad a letter saying you've been caught speeding & will get a fine & points & no follow up letter has ever been sent to chase you about one of the above?

Cos if you have no points printed on your license you have no points, or else you would have been chased up for not paying 2 fines for which you got the points

surely if you sent the liscense off to them and they handed it back to you its there fault, it will clearly be stated on the liscense what convictions etc you have!

TBH serves you right if all the points are legit (i.e not their mistake), surely people realise when they have got points!

No licence also means no insurance (unless exceptional circumstances), so expect a minimum of 6 more tommorow!

I had my license you fools, I was never asked to send it to DVLA, I had sent it off to have points put on it and always had it back.

Anyway this thread is over a year old and I'm driving again now with a clean license.

Meat-Pie, benefit of the doubt mate.

All I got on my license was a TT99 conviction which means I got banned for having to many points.

I now have a clean license with 1 conviction, which works out cheaper for insurance than having 9 points
