On models with manual windows, release the retaining clip and remover the window regulator handle. To release the clip, fabricate a hook from a piece of welding rod, and use the rod to hook the clip out from between the handles and bezel. Slide the handle off the regulator, and remove the handle bezel.

Pic shows the hook being pulled from side of handle facing rear of car. looks like a little metal C, as is between the bezel (ring of plastic on door) and the handle..
