 yes and no.

its a sealed unit and should never (100,000miles maybe) need changing.

it started happening when i removed the cat come to think about it. (failed at anglesey so had to knock it out other wise i had no power) I wonder if that has something to do with it.

 | Could be piston rings etc aswell, expensive or time consuming either way.

 | maybe it has always overfueled but you never realized because the cat was stopping the black smoke. The overfueling killed the cat and now its removed you can see the black smoke...

 | Possible that it may be a shitty tank of fuel?
Has the prob come on quite suddenly?

only really since removing the cat, i did have a little bit of blacky smoke at anglesey but that i put down to running rich & it really didnt happen at all that much.

ive filled up loads since so it cant be dodgy fuel.

 | Just watched that second vid you edited off? Can't see any smoke apart from the first 2 times you accelerate. I'd say you have some sort of slow oil leak that obviously burns off when you accelerate.

 | 5l of oil

That oil will be somewhere or gone somewhere.

Do you still have the OE breather system?

IF SO - on track you will have oil getting sucked up the breathers and through the TB and into the combustion. If you have an intercooler (you do) take it off and have a look in there for oil You will prob find enough to pour it out.

We used to get this on the GTR a lot. Smokey smokey

If you have breathers vented and TB (PCV too) blocked - ignore this
