 putting a fg gsi replica bumper on a mates astra coupe atm , lower grills look wank they dont even fit in properly so need quite abit of modification to fit in . obv theres no mounting points either so have make something up for that

 | fibreglass in my experiences, is great for weight, so for that application its great offset with low cost.
 
 but if you want good paint work its not great, stone chips very easily, and can crack paint etc

 but Carbon will stone chip equally; the debate is not Steel/Alu/ABS against GRP - its GRP against FRP. Its not the Fibres that chip, its the matrix
