make a sensible offer and you can have it Tomm, need it gone before the 1st as could do with the extra cash to aid cashflow next month in my shop

I would love to be in the situation to make you a offer on it pal. Sadly i am not in that sort of position.

I can stick it up on a few owners clubs i use if you wanted? Hopefully help the sale a bit for you.
