I got a cheque for £128 back from them on Saturday.
I was overpaying for my company car apparantly. Success.

Not sure... I guess so. They just did this without any prompting as I'm pretty oblivious to it all really - which I suppose is really bad practise.
I'm 99% sure you can, you can either write to whoever, or if you've got a tax office near you, you can just pop in and they'll sort it, had it a few times when i've been on BR tax code, got a few hundred back after going in, waiting for 20 mins and speaking to someone. I'm 90% sure i've overpaid this year as well, so need to go in and try and sort something out with it

I wrote to them years ago asking them if i was owed anything. They wrote back saying they've looked into it and I actually owe them but they will let me off this time (must have been negligable). Therefore i'd think twice before writing to them.

I think so... her mum is very close to her and she's already started planning a party, so by that I say I've got a good chance

Worst way to blow a tax rebate ever. Committing to a lifetime of arguments and a blowjob once a year if you're lucky.

Me neither, but it's the style she likes.
Don't worry though, neither of us have to wear it
