Yeah they are brilliant cars, I love the ph1's. It won't seem quick to you because you're used to an M3

the pic of 135 got me thinking thats all, my XSI tops out at about 120 ish, though the clios were a lot quicker top end.

That picture wash on the flat, book speed is 137 which what was on the speedeo.

They do seem flat, I PX'D a RX7 for mine

As someone has already said nice downgrade. You'll soon be back on your feet once you've got a house and sorted yourself out

At least you have room for both of them on the drive, my van is stuck outside on the road cos i've got 2 MK4 GSI's, 1 Coupe Turbo and the BMW on the drive and my cossie lives in the garage lol

It was about 123 or something like that, loud as fuck though and sounded like it was going to explode. It will be a lot quicker with the 16v in.

to be fair danny the VTS topspeed isnt that muh more than the VTR, just the way it gets there thats the impressive bit

lovely clio mate.. Iv just got a 172 and i love it, goes very well and have managed to have about 142 out of mine but the best thing is the handling.. so much fun

That engine just doesn't have enough to get you to that, it's not geared for it either.

In a lighter car don't forget, plus it wont be standard. Not too sure with the box it will have on it though.

Joe, not sure weather this is sarcastic... but, you NEED to drive a new s3, ive got one for a couple weeks, and it is leaps and bounds beyond my 8L for handling.
(350hp, similar torqu is nice for giggles too)

PS, the only thing the clio has going for it is the colour.. sorry, but the M3 is in a different league.
