Yeah he was quoted as saying that - they have since been linked with 3 deals worth over £40m each (Villa, Ribery and Aguero)

I think Ancelotti would be mad not to sign someone even as back up for the older players in the squad.
And Man City will spend a fortune I think Mancini has said that if 'pool don't finish in the top 4, they may enquire about Masch, Gerrard & Torres. Ridiculous

They already tried to sign Torres for £70m in the summer and it got rejected, plus he wouldnt go there if he did leave. Same with Masch and Gerrard imo. Masch wants to go to Spain, and Id expect Gerrard would only make a foreign move now if he ever left.

Think Alex Mc'Leish will be in for a few Rangers players. Steve Davis and Boyd.
Bargain to be had with Davis imo really good player and if Rangers get offered anything over £3m i think they would have to accept it
