Davey: yep of course you can enter with anything , but theres a bigger version

Jamie see the page before, poll's will take too long imo and this way it does stop the same person winning each week and just keeps challenges flowing quicker and its only here to get people to use their cameras more

You can tell I don't have a D-SLR when you open the bigger one

Just wondering if I should sharpen it a bit, but don't know if it will just make it look lower quality.

can i just say the idea is working perfectly. i found myself "having" to go out and take some pictures this morning thats never happened on a sunday morning before

ditto, I just wanted to go home after dropping the missus off at work, but found myself wanting to go and prove to myself that i didn't really waste 400 quid on a camera

Also, are edited photo's allowed, or should it be "natural" pics??

Edited is fine, however not OTT imo, just regular PP rather than major additions or subtractions

And Glads its worked this week, hopefully people will follow it up with the next subject too and turn this into snap day rather than photoshop day

As said editing is allowed but you cant edit it to fit the theme if that makes sense

I got my picture taken on Friday quickly before I moved but now have no idea where the memory card reader is to get it off the camera

Is my editing alright then?

I can post up the original anyway if anyone's interested in what it looked like. But all I did was desaturate the trees etc and darken it round the edge a bit.

Tbf if it wasn't edited then the main colour would be orange or brown

as for what happened to my camera, pressed the shutter button and the focus screen decided it had, had enough of sitting where it should and fancied a change of scenery so its now in hlehmans getting fixed AGAIN!
